Diploma in Theology

DIPLOMA / CORE COURSES

The Diploma in Theology is a 72 credit hour program that also serves as the prerequisite Core Courses to all of the Bachelor of Arts degree majors offered at BTU.


Upon completion of the Core Courses, students will have earned a Diploma in Theology. If a student chooses to continue towards a Bachelor of Arts in one of the Majors being offered at BTU, then their Diploma will be replaced with a Bachelor of Arts degree upon graduation.


FE & SUPERVISED MINISTRY

Field Education is a practical ministry involvement which provides opportunities to translate theory into practice. It is therefore designed to make students develop and Exercise their spiritual gifts, skills and abilities to fulfil their individual calling. It is set to compliment academic studies. It also gives students a context in which they are made to appreciate the relevance of their academic studies. By and large, it is a means of bridging the gap between theory and practice.
